"Muguet cakes" was founded by Sara Mousavi, an artist and designer in 2011.

Since early ages Sara was an enthusiast in art and design especially fashion design. It was after the birth of her daughter, when she discovered her true passion and decided to take a new path and fulfill her long term urge in pastry and baking. She attended The Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art in Canada and United States followed by a number of internships with professional cake designers to hone her skills

Upon return to Iran, Sara started Muguet cakes which consists of a team of professionals who specialize in custom made cakes for weddings, birthdays and special occasions. All cakes are prepared through extreme attention to details, incorporation of edible hand-painted elements offering a wide choice of outstanding designs. Muguet cakes are a combination of traditional elegance and modern flair.

The name Muguet was chosen after Sara's daughter who inspired her to follow her dreams. Muguet (Lily of the valley) is a sweetly scented flower which only blooms in spring for a short period of time and its delicasy has made it a perfect choice for a wedding bouquet
